Coffee Butter
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or your favorite butter substitute
3 Tablespoons Dark Knight Roast coffee (Whole Beans)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a small saucepan. Use medium high heat until butter is melted. Continue to cook, stirring continuously for 3-6 minutes. Remove from heat and strain butter into a jar using spaghetti or vegetable strainer to remove coffee beans. Allow butter to cool then place in fridge.
Usage:
Use this coffee flavored spread over any bread, bagels, rolls, or muffins for deliciously infused flavor. One of my favorites is to melt this spread in the bottom of a cake pan, then place Pillsbury cinnamon rolls on top of the melted butter according to the directions to make an amazing flavor infused treat.
COFFEE SMOOTHIE
with pumpkin spice
INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup canned pumpkin

2 tbsp suger

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
​

1 cup Scarecrow Pumpkin Spice coffee (brewed)
​

3 tsp vanilla extract
​

1 cup crushed ice
​
-
1/2 cup milk (optional)
​
-
4 cups vanilla ice cream
DIRECTIONS
-
Brew one cup of Scarecrow Pumpkin Spice coffee, then let it cool and refrigerate overnight. Or, as I prefer, use a cold-brew pitcher to make coffee the night before.

Place all ingredients in a blender, cover and process until blended smooth.

Top with whipped cream

Sprinkle with additional pie spice

Coffee Baked Beans

1 TSP apple cider vinegar

1/4 TSP ground mustard

1 can (8oz) Bushes Original baked beans

1/2 cup chopped onion

COOKING TIME: 30 MIN
DIRECTIONS

Melt one tablespoon of butter in a small pot on medium-high heat, then add chopped onion and cook 3-4 minutes until slightly cooked.

Add the remaining ingredients and cook for an additional 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cote two 6oz ramekins or oven safe custard cups with nonstick cooking spray, then fill with the baked beans.

Pre-heat oven to 350° then ramekins onto the middle of the rack and bake for 20-25 minutes or until beans are bubbly.
Smores Frappucchino
INGREDIENTS

1 double shot of espresso (Batman Dark roast espresso beans)​or 1/2 cup strong brewed batman coffee

1 scoop of marshmallow fluff

2 Tablespoons condensed milk

2 cinnamon gram crackers, crushed

splash of milk

1 cup crushed ice

2 Tablespoons cocoa powder

Hershey's chocolate syrup
DIRECTIONS

pull a double shot of espresso using Batman dark roast coffee

Place all ingredients in a blender (except Hershey's syrup), cover and process until blended smooth.

line your glass with Hershey's chocolate syrup to keep flavor infused throughout your drink
